Please read this Returns & Exchanges Policy carefully before initiating any return or exchange.

Returns Policy:

Returning Your Product:
Freight must be prepaid by you, the original purchaser.
Product must be shipped in its original packaging or an equivalent protective packaging.
We are not responsible for, nor obligated to replace damaged products shipped in unsuitable packaging. Refer to the damaged items section below.

Restocking Fee:
All returns are subject to a 10% Restocking Fee.

Damaged Items:
If the item or package received by FG is damaged, the order may be subject to additional refund fees at the discretion of FG.
If the product received by FG is damaged, it is your responsibility as the consumer to file a claim against the carrier. We will only store the damaged product for 30 days.
